• Advice and assistance with the reservation contract/purchase contract.
• Verify that the boundaries, dimensions, and measurements in the contract are correct. Additionally, check whether the property violates urban regulations.
• Be personally present at the notary to assist during the transfer of the property and the mortgage.
• Preparing a potential power of attorney for applying for your Spanish National Identification Number (NIE Number).
• Check whether the property has the correct (residential) permits and certificates.
